Biography

W. E. B. Du Bois was an American sociologist, socialist, historian, civil rights activist, Pan-Africanist, author, writer and editor. He was one of the most important African-American protest leaders of the early 20th century and a co-founder of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP).
